Job Description:
Job Title: Technical Program Manager III
Duration: 12 months
Location: onsite in Sunnyvale, CA
Pay Rate: $112 - $122 hourly
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage hardware programs at both system and module levels, ensuring successful delivery from concept to mass production.
Drive requirements gathering, development flow, and execution for consumer electronics products.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams, including partners in Mainland China.
Identify and resolve program risks and issues, implementing solutions for continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships and foster collaboration across multiple teams.
Operate autonomously, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience as an engineering or technical program manager, with a focus on hardware programs.
Hands-on program management experience at both system and module levels, especially in Mainland China.
Experience with requirements and development flow for consumer electronics products.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams.
