Oracle ERP Test Lead
Job Details
A recognized professional services firm is actively seeking a new Oracle ERP/EPM Test Lead who can take ownership of the testing workstream, drive execution, and ensure critical issues are tracked and resolved.
About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Ongoing
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all testing activities for the Oracle ERP/EPM implementation
- Drive test execution across functional and technical teams
- Track critical issues and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with partners, internal teams, and PMs to align testing milestones
- Provide clear reporting and visibility into testing progress and risks
- Ensure test coverage across integrations, finance processes, and global requirements
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in ERP testing, with a focus on Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM
- Proven experience leading testing for large-scale, global implementations
- Strong understanding of finance processes and integrated systems
- Excellent organizational and tracking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders
Desired Skills:
- ISTQB or equivalent certification
- Experience with testing in multi-country rollouts
- Familiarity with Test Management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, Oracle Test Manager)
