How You Will Make An Impact:

• Partner with department and functional leads to define and develop strategic IT projects
• Oversee project management activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets
• Establish and maintain a central SharePoint site to support PMO functions and project documentation
• Regularly document and report key project progress to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline the ERP implementation process
• Align project execution with organizational goals by collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior project management staff
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes

Are You A Project Leadership Rock Star?

• 5+ years of experience in project management with a strong background in ERP implementation
• Proven experience in leading IT projects and managing PMO functions
• Expertise in developing and improving project processes and documentation tools such as SharePoint
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with acute attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage and update stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate across departments and lead cross-functional teams effectively
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
