Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wholesale Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in wholesale sales, be self-motivated, and able to adapt quickly to new products and technologies. HVAC industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in wholesale sales, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Flexibility to learn and get trained on new equipment and actively promote and sell them.
  • Proactively generate new leads and follow through with outreach to potential customers.
  • Hunt for new business opportunities by pitching products to prospective clients and generating quotations.
  • Maintain regular customer engagement, delivering outstanding customer service to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Strategize and implement plans to maximize sell-through and boost sales performance.
  • Provide timely and detailed call/activity reports to management, regularly track performance against targets.
  • Consistently set and exceed individual sales goals, while contributing to the overall growth of the team.
  • Maintain and grow existing client base while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience or familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
