Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Application Analyst

Location: (Quincy, MA HYBRID)

Experience & Skills Required:

2 4 years of experience supporting clinical or financial Meditech applications.

Experience with Meditech Client Server and Customer Defined Screens.

Familiarity with Cerner/Oracle Health is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of healthcare business processes and Meditech support.

Proficiency in Meditech application maintenance and implementation.

Skilled in troubleshooting complex issues.

Experience with NPR and Crystal Reports.

Knowledge of Meditech software installation and maintenance is a plus.

Strong documentation and communication skills.

Position Overview:

This role is critical in documenting workflows, supporting integration with the Department of Mental Health (DMH) Data Warehouse, and preparing for the transition to a new EHR system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with older versions of Meditech, formal training in business analysis and project management, and a strong understanding of healthcare IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as liaison between departments to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Document existing and new workflows and manage change control practices.

Analyze and resolve data lineage issues and support daily operations.

Maintain and enhance MHIS applications, databases, interfaces, and reports.

Implement, test, train, and document MHIS application software.

Respond to Service Desk escalations and troubleshoot application issues.

Coordinate application updates and support process workflow redesign.

Evaluate software, manage process changes, and support data conversion.

Utilize Meditech s NPR Report Writer and role-based menus for reporting.

Collaborate on project planning, vendor coordination, and change management.

Ensure data security and confidentiality.

Participate in the Information Services PMO and follow IT methodologies.

Complete required training and maintain high service standards.

Bachelor s degree or equivalent technical training required.
