job summary:

Our client is urgently seeking a Coupa Administrator to join our Procurement team on a short-term contract basis, with the potential to extend or convert to full-time. This position is needed to support a recent uptick in ticket volume tied to a new SOX-compliant process that went live on July 1st. The Coupa Admin will work alongside 2-3 other administrators to manage and action Coupa tickets submitted by the business.

responsibilities:


  • Action Coupa-related tickets in line with SOX compliance protocols (20-400 tickets/month across the team).
  • Manage user access and permissions within Coupa.
  • Troubleshoot purchase order (PO) and invoice issues.
  • Run and analyze system reports as needed.
  • Approve or bypass approvals within the Coupa system as required.
  • Properly document all tasks and updates in the JIRA ticketing system, following specific SOX documentation standards.


qualifications:


  • 2-3 years of hands-on Coupa experience, ideally in an Administrator role.
  • Experience with user access management, permissioning, PO/invoice troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Strong preference for experience working in a SOX-compliant environment; however, SOX processes can be trained if Coupa experience is strong.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation processes.
