Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and track submittals.
Issue and track RFIs with project managers; distribute to field personnel and subcontractors.
Generate and update material procurement logs.
Prepare jobsite scope binders, plans, and construction documents for field use.
Assist project managers with print markups (e.g., Bluebeam).
Update project schedules with team support.
Utilize project management/accounting software (e.g., Sage 300/Timberline) accurately.
Maintain professional communication with subcontractors and the construction team.
Consistent follow-up and follow-through with internal and external parties.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in construction management or project engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Bluebeam, ProCore, etc.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
