  • Lead the design and development of custom solutions in SAP HCM (PA, OM, PY, TM, and Benefits).
  • Develop and maintain ABAP programs including Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts and Workflows.
  • Collaborate with functional HR teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions.
  • Review and approve technical specifications ensuring completeness and adherence to standards.
