Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Salesforce.

Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (Mandatory) + At least one additional Salesforce Certification (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I, etc.)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce lead with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform management, configurations, and administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce declarative tools, be proficient with SFDC objects, and have the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. This role requires strong solution design skills, documentation abilities, and the capability to work with globally dispersed teams across multiple time zones. Manage a small team of Salesforce Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Documentation
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Solution Design Documents.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and architects to implement scalable solutions.
  • Design and build prototypes for Sales and Service Cloud use cases using declarative tools.
  • Document system configurations, functional specifications, and change management processes.

Collaboration & Support
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, business operations, and end-users, to drive successful implementations.
  • Work with geographically dispersed teams and ensure seamless collaboration across different time zones.
  • Provide ongoing Salesforce support, troubleshooting, and training for users.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend best practices for enhancements.

Additional Expectations
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including late-evening or early-morning calls as needed.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in an agile environment.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (MANDATORY) + At least one additional Salesforce certification.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce Objects, Configurations, and Administration Essentials.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules).
  • Ability to create Solution Design Documents from BRDs (Business Requirements Documents).
  • Experience working in global environments with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at various levels.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Integrations.
  • Exposure to Field Service Lightning, or Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira for project tracking.
