Role : Oracle DBA
Location: Austin, TX ( Hybrid Onsite)
Description:
Experienced Oracle Database Administrator responsible for managing, tuning, and supporting complex Oracle databases across Production, Development, and UAT environments. Key duties include performance monitoring, backup and recovery, data modeling (logical/physical), scripting, and maintaining Oracle Stored Procedures and Functions. Supports database migrations, resolves performance bottlenecks, and ensures compliance with EIR Accessibility standards. Provides on-call support, collaborates with Data Warehouse teams, and participates in disaster recovery and security planning
Skills Required:
Experience in Oracle database design, analysis, and performance tuning
Experience in Oracle database structures, data analysis, performance tuning
Experience designing enterprise applications and/or services
Experience creating technical and functional design documentation
Experience within software development Life Cycle using Agile methodology (Scrum, for example)
Experience with multi-tier system/application development (SOA, Microservices, 3-Tier applications, for example)
Experience with data warehouse applications and/or database reporting features
Jira experience
Oracle Certification
