Job Description
We are hiring a skilled Battery Test Technician to join Product Development team. In this hands-on role, you ll be responsible for disassembling and analyzing battery packs/modules, supporting failure analysis, and ensuring safety in a high-voltage environment (up to 1000V).
Key Responsibilities:
- Teardown and failure analysis of battery packs/modules.
- Operate testing equipment (environmental chambers, potentiostats, thermal analysis tools).
- Work with engineering teams to analyze and improve battery systems.
- Maintain safety protocols while handling hazardous materials.
- Document findings using Excel, LIMS, or databases.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years in battery teardown, assembly, or related roles.
- Experience with high-voltage systems (up to 1000V).
- Mechanical aptitude with fabrication and assembly experience.
- Strong safety mindset and hands-on experience with lab equipment.
