Test Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a technically skilled Hands-on Test Manager to lead and execute testing strategies for mobile applications and microservices based architectures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation mobile testing iOS, Android, API testing and experience managing distributed QA teams in Agile environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for mobile apps and microservices
• Lead end to end testing efforts including functional regression integration performance and security testing
• Design and maintain automated test frameworks for mobile and backend services
• Collaborate with product managers developers and DevOps to ensure highquality releases
• Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers ensuring best practices and continuous improvement
• Drive test planning execution defect tracking and reporting
• Ensure test coverage across platforms devices and service layers
• Participate in release readiness reviews and postrelease validations
• Strong handson experience in Mobile testing iOS and Android
• API and microservices testing REST GraphQL
• Automation tools Appium Selenium Postman RestAssured etc
• Proficiency in scripting languages JavaScript Python or Java
• Experience with CICD tools Jenkins GitLab CI etc
• Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform
• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
