Position Title : PBM Business Integration Specialist

Location : Raleigh, NC 27610

Work Arrangement : Hybrid- The candidate must be physically present in the United States and legally authorized to work.

Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy (B.S. or PharmD) Required
    Registered Pharmacist with a valid, active, unrestricted license Required, 3 years
    Licensed to practice pharmacy in North Carolina, or able to obtain license within 90 days Required
    Understanding of pharmacy business lines (retail, LTC, home infusion, mail order, specialty, institutional) Required, 3 years
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and professional communications for issue resolution Required, 3 years
    Knowledge of Medicaid Pharmacy (PBM) processes and intended outcomes Required, 3 years
    Drug information skills Required, 3 years
    Experience ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Required, 3 years
    Knowledge of Enterprise IT systems integration and change management best practices Desired, 1 year
    Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing, deadline-driven environment Required, 3 years
    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Adobe software Required, 3 years
    Experience providing feedback to senior leadership on strategic business alternatives Required, 3 years
    Experience in business analysis, product management, project management, and/or software application development Required, 3 years
    Strong communication skills with experience developing, editing, and presenting reports and complex information Required, 3 years
    Experience with agile development methodologies, environments, and tools Highly desired, 2 years
