Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs and drive strategic initiatives from conception through execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program governance, stakeholder management, and delivery of complex, multi-stream programs in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage enterprise-level programs involving multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Define program vision, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Partner with business leaders, product managers, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee program governance, risk management, issue resolution, and change control.
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, resource planning, and vendor coordination.
  • Track and report program status, KPIs, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and delivery practices.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies as applicable.
  • Mentor and guide project and program managers across teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management / Project Management.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong experience with risk management, dependency management, and governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams.
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications.
  • Experience in technology, digital transformation, cloud, data, or enterprise platforms.
  • Prior experience working with distributed or global teams.
  • Experience managing vendor and third-party engagements.
