Position Overview


PruTech is seeking a Salesforce QA Lead who will serve in a manager/contributor role, ensuring all
deliverables and documents are delivered on time while maintaining the highest quality standards.
This position requires someone who can take ownership of our QA processes, collaborate effectively
with multiple stakeholders, and drive the successful completion of testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure timely delivery of all QA deliverables and documentation
• Produce comprehensive test plans and strategies for Salesforce implementations• Document unit tests and test cases with attention to detail
• Review testing results from developers and adjust test cases based on feedback
• Document items complete for sign-off and maintain testing documentation
• Take ownership of PruTech's testing templates and drive them to completion
• Collaborate with clients, developers, business analysts, and project leadership

Duties/Responsibilities
• Lead the creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce
projects
• Review and validate unit tests performed by development teams
• Analyze testing results and provide feedback to development teams
• Adjust test cases based on changing requirements and testing outcomes
• Ensure all testing documentation meets organizational and client standards
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify expectations
• Manage test execution cycles and track defects through resolution
• Document testing completion and obtain necessary sign-offs
• Mentor team members on QA best practices and Salesforce testing methodologies
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and procedures
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing best practices

Required Skills/Abilities
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• Proven ability to create comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Experience in both manual and automated testing approaches
• Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
• Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or similar)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications• Experience with Salesforce testing automation tools
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in a lead or mentoring role
• Familiarity with API testing and integration testing
• Experience with performance testing in Salesforce environments
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience working with offshore/nearshore teams
