Are you a seasoned IT professional passionate about supporting end users and shaping the future of technology? We're looking for a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join our team, providing advanced technical support, mentoring team members, and leading key IT projects.
What You'll Do:
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support for desktops, laptops, and applications across multiple offices.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, resolving and documenting solutions.
- Lead small to medium IT projects including rollouts, upgrades, automation initiatives, and equipment installs.
- Administer Office 365, Azure AD, SCCM, Intune, and other internal applications.
- Collaborate with L3/L4 and infrastructure teams on patching, networking, VPNs, and hardware/software support.
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and drive process improvements.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level team members, ensuring excellent customer service for all users, including executives.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years in a 2nd/3rd line support role, with 2+ years as a senior desktop engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, Intune, and endpoint protection.
- Experience with remote access technologies (AVD, VPN, OWA) and PowerShell scripting.
- ITIL Foundation certified or higher.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Proven ability to lead from a technical standpoint with a solution-oriented mindset.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $25 - $30/per hour depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
