WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Define and Execute Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Enterprise Technology Alliances (ERP, CRM, HCM), identifying key industries, use cases, and joint solutions.
  • Drive Revenue and Pipeline: Drive joint pipeline and revenue growth through co-selling, co-marketing, and strategic account mapping, tracking KPIs.
  • Cultivate Executive Relationships: Cultivate executive relationships with stakeholders and engage with mutual SI/ISV partners to foster a thriving ecosystem.
  • Enable the Field: Enable internal sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to effectively sell with strategic partners, serving as the primary liaison.
  • Lead Program Management: Lead the day-to-day operational cadence of the partnership, including business reviews, and represent the partnership at industry events while collaborating with global alliance teams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience: 15+ years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in alliance management, partner development, or business development within the enterprise software or SaaS industry, specially related to ERP, CRM, HCM.
  • Enterprise Technology Expertise: Proven, recent experience working directly within an Enterprise Technology capacity. You must have a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem, organizational structure, and go-to-market motions related to ERP or other Enterprise Technology.
  • Analytical Skills: A data-driven strategic thinker with a history of using data to drive business decisions. You must be skilled in pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting on partnership performance.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives.
  • Collaboration: A highly collaborative team player with a history of success working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strategic Vision: A "builder's mentality" and a proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. You should be a self-starter who can operate independently and drive results from scratch.
  • Technical Acumen: A deep understanding of data platforms, cloud technology, and the analytics landscape.
  • International Experience: Experience in a multi-geo organization, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and regions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of key industries and use cases related to core Enterprise Technology business, such as ERP, supply chain, and customer experience.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
