Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.
Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to mobile app engagement, member behavior, and feature performance
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using enterprise BI platforms such as Domo and Adobe Analytics
Track key performance metrics and help identify opportunities for mobile product optimization
Work closely with mobile product managers, digital marketing, and engineering teams to understand business goals and analytics needs
Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional meetings as part of an agile analytics team
Support data validation and accuracy checks to ensure analytics outputs are trusted and consistent
Contribute to documentation of dashboards, KPIs, and analytic definitions for transparency and reuse
Proactively identify ways to improve reporting processes and analytic efficiency
Learn from senior analysts and contribute ideas to improve analytics maturity
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
1-4 years of experience in analytics, BI, or data visualization (mobile analytics experience preferred)
Working knowledge of BI tools such as Domo, Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, or equivalent platforms
Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with mobile product analytics, including engagement or retention metrics
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
Ability to translate data into clear visual stories that support decision-making
Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new business areas and technologies
Experience supporting or contributing to analytics projects within a large organization
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
