Job Description

Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or training delivery (corporate or startup context).
Proven ability to build learning content directly-playbooks, live sessions, walkthroughs-not just manage programs.
Strong grasp of adult learning theory, behavior change principles, and instructional best practices.
Experience working closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to shape learning goals and build content.
Comfortable facilitating sessions and iterating based on learner feedback.
Project management skills and the ability to self-direct in a fast-moving environment.
Skilled at designing learning content that's easy to access and use inside of internal tools (Slack, Miro, G-Suite, Asana, etc).

Responsibilities
Design and deliver blended learning programs (live, async, instructor-led) that help employees adopt new tools and ways of working.
Build a clear, engaging curriculum to support specific behavior shifts (e.g., how teams plan, lead, or collaborate).
Develop learning assets like playbooks, toolkits, walkthroughs, and facilitator guides-owning the creation process end-to-end.
Partner with Employee Experience and BizTech teams to identify learning needs, align on delivery methods, and ensure content connects to business goals.
Pilot lightweight recognition systems (e.g., skill badges) that reinforce capability-building only where directly tied to learning outcomes.
Measure program effectiveness using engagement and behavior change metrics; iterate on content and delivery based on feedback.
Contribute to a peer learning culture by helping build communities of practice and lightweight enablement moments.

The Employee Experience (EX) Learning Manager will design and deliver practical but engaging, behavior-focused learning experiences that support new ways of working, especially around new tools and collaboration habits. This role is about building hands-on learning content that drives real behavior change across teams. We're looking for someone who can take a challenge like "we need people to collaborate differently" and create the content-toolkits, live sessions, async walkthroughs-to make it happen. This person should be comfortable owning the full arc of learning: designing curriculum, creating the materials, and delivering or enabling others to deliver it. This role sits at the heart of how EX and BizTech scale adoption and fluency across the company, and will be critical in translating strategy into learning experiences that stick.
