  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage usage data and accessibility insights to guide prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Progress Tracking: Use Agile methodologies and tools like Jira Work Management (JWM) to track milestones, anticipate blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Accessibility Advocacy: Ensure that both assistive technology and accessibility standards are embedded into the dashboard and broader digital ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
  • 5-6 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in digital, accessibility, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives from concept to completion under tight timelines.
  • Experience working with large-scale teams and third-party vendors.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira Work Management (JWM).
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and anticipate next steps in evolving projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with digital accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508).
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with a large number of internal tools and applications.
  • Background in inclusive design or assistive technology.
