Job Title: RPA Developer
Location: Dallas, Chicago or Denver

Key must have experience for this role - Lead the design and development of UiPath automation workflows with a focus on communication mining.
Implement solutions to parse, extract data - they are looking for someone with specific experience with document understanding and PO acknowledgment.

Required Qualifications:
- Overall 5 years experience in technology/development with multiple years in RPA
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath (including UiPath Communication Mining).
- Proven ability to build and deploy automation workflows that process structured and unstructured communications.
- Experience implementing email parsing solutions for attachments and content extraction.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and data handling is a plus
- Familiarity with .NET for integrations and solution support.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- UiPath certification(s).
- Experience working in enterprise environments with complex automation needs.
