Description

We are offering an opportunity with an industry situated leading company in Jacksonville, Florida. The role is for a Quality Assurance Analyst to be part of a technical project. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on ensuring the quality of our services and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Ensure excellent communication within the team and with clients

Utilize Java and Selenium Framework experience to enhance service quality

Draw upon previous experience as an Automation Engineer to streamline processes

Work independently to complete projects

Use strong SQL skills to manage and analyze data

Optionally, leverage JMeter experience to enhance performance testing

Optionally, utilize Automation server experience (Azure DevOps Pipelines) to automate tasks

Optionally, collaborate with 3rd party dev teams to achieve project goals

Requirements

Proven experience in a Quality Assurance Analyst role

Extensive knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, design, testing and implementation

Proficiency in Java programming language

Experience with Azure DevOps Server for planning, tracking and discussing work across the entire development effort

Hands-on experience with Selenium for automating browsers in your tests

Knowledge of JMeter for performance testing and measuring system performance

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
