Title: Azure Enterprise Architect Location: Mount Laurel, NJ(Onsite from Day 1,4 Days onsite) Roles and Responsibilities: - Design and architect robust solutions proof of completing complex architectures
- Strong communications / presentation skills. Strong collaboration skills and able to demonstrate a pragmatic approach
- Collaborate with project managers and infrastructure, cloud and network architects to accurately deliver architecture projects on time and within budget
- Assess and develop current architecture and readiness for implementation, introducing new solutions and modernization strategies for the platforms.
- Develop detailed-level design requirements for architecture implementation of QRM, optimizing QRM platform and integration strategies for cost-effective delivery of scalable and reliable distributed systems.
- Create delivery guides, assessments, and common architecture patterns for cloud architecture projects
- Implement best practices for backup and recovery techniques for applications Azure and private cloud focusing on continuous deployment, cloud security, governance, configuration management, and continuous integration.
- Design systems integrations, ingestion patterns, target and transition architectures, and roadmaps.
- Resolve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) for the data platform and data products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and efficient solutions.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices to streamline data pipeline implementation and maintenance.
- Provide expertise in API integration and data governance for smooth data flows across systems.
- Guide project team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Experience in implementing QRM on Azure (or other CSP) is required
- An understanding of valuation and risk measures. An understanding of data dimensionality for different risk measures in QRM
- Experience in building reporting solutions in QRM
- Sandbox capabilities in QRM
- Deep understanding of QRM internal components and services, their interdependencies
- Experience with defining architecture requirements for public cloud infrastructure to run QRM in the most optimal way
- Provide input to stand up center of excellence to operate QRM solution.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of IRR/NIIS/FTP and ALM business.
- Prior experience of implementing QRM on Azure or other public cloud
- Proficiency with using services in Azure.
- Solid understanding of data and analytics principles and methodologies.
- Experience architecting solutions on top of foundational cloud services (networking, security, account/organizations, logging & monitoring, identity access management, etc.).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience in software development using languages such as Java, Python, C++,
- Experience in large-scale migration of application workloads from on-prem or collocated data centers to a cloud platform.
- Experience working with Azure, and private cloud compute, storage, micro-service applications, platform serverless frameworks, API gateway, CI/CD, and cloud-based services.
- Experience implementing cloud controls, security, monitoring technologies, as well as hands-on experience instrumenting alerts based on aggregated logs and analytics output and audit services.
- Experience with infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation.
- Experience developing DevOps, Site Reliability, and Solutions Architecture methodologies and practices
