Job Title: Oracle HCM Consultant with Redwood UI and Time & Labor

Location: Pleasanton, CA

Job Type: Long Term Contract


Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with a strong focus on Oracle Redwood UI and Time & Labor modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing user experiences in Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly Time & Labor, utilizing the modern Redwood interface.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle Time & Labor module in Oracle Cloud HCM using the Redwood UI.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM configurations.
  • Customize and optimize the Redwood UI for enhanced usability and performance.
  • Provide guidance on best practices related to Time & Labor scheduling, time collection, approvals, and absence integration.
  • Develop functional and technical documentation, including configurations, test scripts, and user guides.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions for end users and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and resolve production issues related to Time & Labor and the Redwood UI interface.
  • Stay updated with Oracle quarterly updates and new features within Redwood UX and Time & Labor.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with specific expertise in Time & Labor.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood UI and personalization/customization within the new design framework.
  • Strong understanding of time processing rules, fast formulas, time card layouts, and approval workflows.
  • Experience integrating Time & Labor with Absence Management and Payroll modules.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Journeys or Dynamic Skills in Redwood UI.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Visual Builder for Redwood UI customization.
  • Previous involvement in at least one full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation using Redwood.
