Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead (Frontend) with deep expertise in React.js to lead complex frontend development projects. This role requires a strong technical foundation, leadership skills, and the ability to drive high-quality software delivery aligned with business goals. You will provide strategic guidance, mentor team members, and ensure best practices across all aspects of frontend engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and document robust, scalable frontend applications in alignment with business requirements and timelines.
  • Enforce coding standards and ensure adherence to established development processes and quality benchmarks.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to frontend developers, promoting best practices in React.js and JavaScript.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and implement quality assurance practices focused on performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Actively participate in architectural discussions, risk assessments, and feasibility analyses.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define scope and deliverables, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Expert-level proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and HTML5.
  • Strong knowledge of Redux, TypeScript, CSS3, and component-based architectures.
  • Proven experience with GraphQL integration in React-based applications.
  • Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization and responsive design principles.
  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern deployment practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with unit and integration testing, code reviews, and QA methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage cross-functional teams.
  • Experience building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend systems.
  • Hands-on experience with design systems and reusable UI component libraries.
