Job Summary (ServiceNow Master Architect):
- Lead the overall architectural vision, strategy, and governance for ServiceNow implementations across the enterprise.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow architecture models, operating models, and capability roadmaps.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Design scalable, reliable, and adaptive ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide architects and developers within the ServiceNow practice.
- Present architectural roadmaps and solutions to senior leadership.
- Define and lead ServiceNow-related programs and workshops.
- Ensure governance and alignment across sales, delivery, and operations teams.
- Leverage over 10 years of ServiceNow consulting experience, including 6+ years as a technical lead in large-scale implementations.
- Utilize strong stakeholder engagement and executive presentation skills.
- Hold mandatory ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD) with preferred additional certifications (CSM, HR, SecOps, ITIL).
- Demonstrate key competencies in customer focus, collaboration, communication, and thought leadership.
