Job Duties: Support Veeva, Sales Force applications and web hosting platform, including building DevOps pipeline and observability solutions. Work directly with customers, developers, architects, and product owners to help automate customer issues and drive solutions to build stronger, more reliable Commercial Application solutions. Contribute to design, deployment, operation and continuous improvement of Commercial End-to-End IT Products. Keep revenue and reputation-critical systems up and running by measuring and monitoring availability, performance and overall system health. Perform pre-production validation through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning and Production Readiness reviews before go-live. Create, fix, extend and scale code to ensure continuous functioning, improve through mechanisms like automation, and evolve systems by identifying and advocating for appropriate design and architectural decisions that improve reliability and velocity.

May telecommute.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related field and 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Specialist, Reliability Engineer-related occupation.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$215,000 - $235,000 annually

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
