Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Life Sciences CRM Architect to design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions that support commercial, medical, and patient engagement strategies within the life sciences industry. You will be responsible for defining CRM architectures, integrating systems, and aligning business objectives with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, Dynamics 365). Your expertise will help drive better customer engagement, data management, and regulatory compliance across commercial and scientific operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable and secure CRM architecture tailored to life sciences use cases, such as HCP engagement, key account management, and sample management.
- Lead end-to-end CRM implementations and enhancements using platforms like Salesforce Health Cloud, Veeva CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Collaborate with commercial, medical affairs, and IT teams to define CRM requirements and integration points.
- Ensure CRM solutions comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Integrate CRM platforms with other enterprise systems (ERP, MDM, marketing automation, data warehouses).
- Define data models, workflows, and user experience strategies to support field force effectiveness and omnichannel engagement.
- Evaluate new CRM technologies and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers and administrators.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in CRM architecture/design, with 3+ years focused in life sciences (pharma, biotech, medtech).
- Deep knowledge of one or more CRM platforms: Salesforce, Veeva CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
- Strong understanding of commercial life sciences business processes: HCP engagement, sales operations, medical field force, etc.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the healthcare/life sciences domain.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in Salesforce (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect), Veeva, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with AI/ML-powered CRM features and omnichannel strategy.
- Agile project management and DevOps familiarity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
