Solution Architect - REMOTE

This international industry leader is seeking a Solution Architect for a remote contract opportunity.

Contract Duration: 3 Months Required Skills & Experience

• High level of technical expertise combined with excellent planning, coordination and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in teams.
• Experience with relevant development tools and specific application and system architectures and guide the development process from beginning to end.
• Practitioners oversee the work of the entire IT team and must be appreciative of the needs of the user and translate them into flow charts for programmers to code.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply fundamental concepts, practices and procedures in related skillsets
• Able to perform work that is varied and somewhat difficult in nature
• Able to perform work with minimal to moderate supervision; able to apply and interpret business rules and concepts in daily work
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience with system implementations along with basic understanding of key concepts related to Software Development Life Cycle, Information Security, and Digital Transformation adoption.
• Hands on experience with low-code development in PowerApps application development and platform internals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at multiple levels as well as ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Subject matter expert in PowerApps with ability to apply concepts & lead others
• Able to plan, lead, & organize complex deliverables that provide options for an organization to make decisions against
• For emerging skill sets, years of experience may matter less than depth of knowledge & expertise but traditionally may have 10 or more years of experience

What You Will Be Doing

• Overseeing the application development team in identifying solution frameworks and high-level designs that align with end-user needs and company goals
• Communicating systems application strategies, roadmaps, and reference architectures to the technical team and executives to improve company capabilities and growth strategy
• Providing documentation, training and support to the organization to ensure the highest level of application design standards and security
• These professionals are responsible for ensuring that the final product meets user expectations and company standards.
• Lead technical design sessions to define user experience, data definition, process / rules configuration, and integration for intelligent automation solutions.
• Lead the build, test, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions using industry leading vendor technologies.
• Collaborate with diverse onshore / offshore teammates on the software development process and agile methodologies, as it applies to Low-Code.
