Technical Solutions Lead – Infrastructure Services & Staffing
Location: USA (Remote or Hybrid)
Experience: 7–15+ years in infrastructure, data center, network engineering, or solutions/technical pre-sales

Role Summary
We are looking for a Technical Solutions Lead who can translate our infrastructure capabilities into a clear services menu that our Business Development Managers can take to market. This role requires someone who has worked hands-on in data centers, networking, cloud, or infrastructure operations and can speak confidently with prime vendors, MSPs, and enterprise engineering leaders.
This person will shape how we position ourselves with organizations like WWT, Presidio, K-Force, Insight Global, Apex, TekSystems, CDW, and SHI by articulating exactly where we add value, how we differentiate, and which services we can execute reliably.
You should understand the day-to-day work of network engineers, data center technicians, cabling teams, cloud/infrastructure engineers, and NOC/SOC operators — not from theory, but from real experience.

Technical Background
Minimum 7 years in one or more of the following:
Network Engineering (enterprise or data center)
Data Center Operations
Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / Azure basics)
NOC/SOC operations
Infrastructure projects (deployments, cutovers, migration work)
Smart Hands / Field Services environments
Working knowledge of routing, switching, cabling, power, racking, etc.
Communication & Business Ability
Confidence in speaking with engineering directors, program managers, and VMS managers.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, non-sales language.
Understanding of how staffing, delivery, and MSP/vendor ecosystems work.
Ability to shape solutions that BDMs can take to market.
Mindset
Hands-on, practical, credible.
A builder — someone who can take a blank page and define offerings.
Curious about new infrastructure trends.
Collaborative with sales and recruiting teams.
Why This Role Matters
Our BDMs are strong at relationships, hunting, and creating opportunities — but they need a technical authority behind them who can give shape to the services we offer and help position us as an infrastructure-first partner.
You will be the person who gives our sales team the language, the services, and the credibility they need to win with vendors like WWT, Presidio, CDW, SHI, Insight Global, Apex, TekSystems, and direct enterprise clients.

Thanks & Regards
