Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Pre-Sales Demo Specialist who excels in delivering impactful product demonstrations to prospective clients. This individual will work closely with the sales and product teams to showcase the capabilities of our Salesforce-based solutions and help customers visualize the value they can gain. Prior hands-on Salesforce experience is a must.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and customized Salesforce product demonstrations for prospective clients.

  • Translate business needs into compelling product solutions using Salesforce capabilities.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and pain points.

  • Build and maintain demo environments, including data preparation and configuration.

  • Provide functional and technical responses during customer Q&A sessions.

  • Create demo scripts, flowcharts, and presentation materials tailored to different customer segments.

  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.

  • Offer feedback to the product team based on customer demo insights.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom solutions.

  • Proven experience delivering live or recorded demos to clients, ideally in a B2B SaaS or consulting environment.

  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills ability to translate technical details into business value.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (flows, objects, reports, dashboards).

  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels, from technical staff to executives.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.


Preferred:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.).

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, AppExchange apps, or CPQ tools.

  • Prior experience working with pre-sales or solution engineering teams.
