Pay Range: $80 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Servant Leader with a passion to help Agile teams thrive and deliver high value to the organization.
• Experienced with delivering complex, multi-tier IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS cloud-based software solutions.
• Schedule and lead planning, program increment refinement, sprint refinement, Scrum of SCRUMs, sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile and quality ceremonies.
• Coach, mentor and educate team members on Agile best practices and process improvements.
• Work with other Agile teams, their Scrum Masters and client Stakeholders to ensure alignment and act together toward common goals.
• Establishing communication with stakeholders and project teams.
• Allocating sufficient resources as per the project requirements.
• Keeping an account of the progress of the project.
• Ensuring that the project is completed on time and with good quality.
• Assisting the team in achieving a high level of performance and quality.
• Holding teams responsible for their job.
• Eliminating roadblocks.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; IT Project Manager; Oil & Gas Field Operations; CSM/CSP Certification; Deliver IaaS/SaaS/PaaS cloud-based software solutions; SAFe
• 5+ years experience as an IT project manager in oil and gas with a deep understanding of field operations.
• Experience collaborating with teams who develop on Microsoft Technologies.
• Strengths in planning, organizational navigation, and building/managing cross-team relationships.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and experience are required, and certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Identifying, collecting, and analyzing metric data.
• Able to handle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
• Ability to analyze critical information and present recommendations to team and to leadership.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
