Job Title: Lead Java Developer (with AI Experience)
Location: Phoenix, AZ


Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Java Developer with hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our development team. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java applications integrated with AI/ML models and solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Java developers on enterprise-grade applications

  • Design and develop backend systems using Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs)

  • Integrate AI/ML models into production-ready applications

  • Collaborate with data scientists and DevOps teams

  • Review code, mentor developers, and ensure coding standards

  • Participate in system architecture design and decision-making

  • Optimize application performance and scalability


Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs

  • Experience with AI/ML integration (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or using ML models via APIs)

  • Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure)

  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Git)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in deploying AI models into production

  • Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
