We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for multiple projects simultaneously. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business units to ensure project objectives are met. Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust plans as needed. Ensure projects comply with organizational standards, methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall), and best practices. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews, documenting action items and follow-ups. Manage project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and post-implementation reviews. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and practices. Act as a key point of contact for executive leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and reporting. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects, preferably in IT, software, or technical domains. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with attention to detail. Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote collaboration. Need PMP certification Mandatory
