Job Details

Title: Sterling OMS Lead Developer

Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)

Mandatory skill: IBM Sterling OMS, Call Center, SBC

10+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Sterling OMS development and customization.

Expertise in designing and implementing order orchestration workflows, sourcing rules, and fulfillment logic.

Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, XML, XSLT, and JavaScript for Sterling OMS extensions and services.

Experience in developing and integrating REST/SOAP APIs within Sterling OMS ecosystem.

Deep understanding of Sterling OMS components: Process Types, Pipelines, User Exits, Events, and Services.

Proficient in configuring and customizing Sterling OMS UI (Web UI and Call Center UI).

Hands-on experience with Sterling OMS database schema and writing optimized SQL queries (Oracle/DB2).

Experience in integrating OMS with external systems like ERP, WMS (e.g., Blue Yonder), and payment gateways.

Knowledge of Sterling OMS deployment architecture and performance tuning best practices.

Familiarity with DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines for Sterling OMS deployments.

Experience in debugging and resolving production issues in Sterling OMS environments.

Exposure to cloud-based Sterling OMS deployments and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
