Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients (leads) in need of IT consulting or staff augmentation services.
- Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to understand client environments, challenges, and goals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Represent at local networking events and Chamber of Commerce functions.
- Spend time regularly with the Service Lead in our Florham Park office to align on delivery strategy and client needs.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute to forecasting and pipeline management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, consulting, or staffing.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and project-based service delivery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for client success.
- Must be based near Florham Park, NJ.
