Title: System Engineer

Location: Jersey City, Greensboro/ Raleigh, NC

FTE Only

Responsibilities

1. Design, maintain, and optimize End user system using Intune management.

2. Deploy and manage End user operating System (Windows 10/11) with security standards.

3. Strong knowledge on security hardening of end user systems.

4. Design, develop and deploy applications to end user systems.

5. POC, Design and rollout new tools that improve end user experience.

6. Strong troubleshooting skills on end user systems who has been part of level 3 or above teams

7. Design, develop and rollout automation scripts to end user systems.

8. Should be in on call for Level 3 once in a quarter.

Qualifications

1. Strong proficiency with end user operating systems especially on Windows 11.

2. Expertise on user profile management.

3. Strong knowledge in Intune administration and User Profile management.

4. Good Experience on Endpoint Privilege management with tools like CyberArk EPM, Intune, Beyond Trust, etc.

5. Good understanding in Monthly patching for end user systems.

6. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standard for endpoint systems

7. Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell. Should provide innovative ideas that will improve end user experience by developing

8. Strong experience on Azure Identity, Endpoint Management.

8. Good understanding of Agile methodologies.

9. Proficient in documentation and technical reporting.

10. Experience Migrating to Windows 11 in Autopilot environment and Hybrid Entra Joined environments.
