Boston, MA or Springfield, MA - Hybrid
12+ Months (Possible Extension)
Skills:
8+ years of Technical / Software development / Data Project Management experience successfully delivering across a variety of applications
Seasoned individual capable of handling broad scope projects and can work independently on multiple project tasks.
This includes leading project execution across multiple parallel initiatives.
Proficient in a variety of project management methodologies - Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid
Works very closely with both business and technical stakeholders and seeks opportunities to improve the way we partner and operate
Able to dig into project details and effectively partner with both business and technical team members.
Drives in all phases of project life cycle
Negotiate and influence to ensure alignment with strategy (both business and technology)
Lead/consult on escalated support issues and root cause analysis
Ability to influence peers, leaders and business customers
Skilled in problem solving and analysis, Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The Ideal Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Business or an analytical field such as Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science

Assist with and implement agile practices that promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Experience with BI tools / reporting, Data analysis experience preferred
Database/SQL experience/SQL expertise preferred
Knowledge of ETL and Data warehouse concepts and processes preferred
