Overview
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to support IT system implementation and transformation initiatives within a large public sector organization. The ideal candidate will blend analytical expertise with empathetic stakeholder engagement, helping end-users transition smoothly to new systems and processes.
You ll design and execute structured change strategies, develop training and communication materials, and measure adoption success ensuring technology rollouts achieve both technical and human alignment.
Responsibilities
Change Management Strategy
- Develop and implement change management plans aligned with organizational goals and project objectives
- Define clear adoption metrics and milestones
- Apply structured frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter s 8-Step Model)
Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify key stakeholders and build trusted relationships
- Advise leadership on readiness and employee sentiment
- Tailor engagement strategies to minimize resistance and promote adoption
Communication & Training
- Develop targeted communication and training materials (FAQs, user guides, workshops)
- Facilitate learning and readiness programs
- Maintain SharePoint sites, documentation, and project updates
Adoption Tracking
- Measure and analyze change adoption metrics (training completion, engagement rates)
- Adjust strategies based on user feedback and outcomes
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or related field
- 7 years relevant experience with a bachelor s
- 9 years with an associate degree
- 11 years without a degree
Experience:
- 5+ years in organizational change management or a related role
- Proven success leading change for system implementations (ERP, CRM, or similar)
Skills:
- Deep understanding of change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter)
- Project management familiarity (MS Project, Asana, Jira)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
- Ability to interpret adoption data and adjust strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
- Experience in enterprise technology rollouts (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Familiarity with PMBOK or Lean Agile
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
