Role: Workfront Implementation Lead Location: Los Angeles, CA Remote Duration: 6 12+ months

Job Description

We are seeking a Workfront Implementation Lead to design, implement, and optimize scalable Adobe Workfront solutions that enhance productivity and streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Architect scalable Adobe Workfront solutions encompassing work intake, project/resource management, approvals, reporting dashboards, and workflow automation.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document processes, workflows, and configuration requirements.
  3. Lead requirements-gathering sessions and develop the overall Workfront process and system design.
  4. Recommend process improvements and reengineering strategies to maximize the capabilities of Workfront.
  5. Configure Workfront features including custom forms, templates, approval workflows, and advanced reporting (text mode).
  6. Design, develop, and maintain Workfront Fusion integrations with AEM, Adobe Assets, and other enterprise systems.
  7. Partner with system administrators to oversee system setups, access management, layout templates, and governance standards.
  8. Establish best practices for workflow optimization, change management, user adoption, and system governance.
  9. Create training materials, mentor users, and provide technical troubleshooting and support for Workfront and Fusion.
  10. Stay current with new Workfront releases, evaluate feature enhancements, and recommend adoption strategies.

Must-Have Qualifications

  1. In-depth expertise with Adobe Workfront, including setup, object types, and reporting.
  2. Proven experience with Workfront Fusion and workflow automation.
  3. Strong understanding of AEM and enterprise system integrations.
  4. Familiarity with industry best practices for Workfront and Fusion implementation.
  5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for Workfront/Fusion issues.
  6. Ability to mentor and guide teams on system optimization and best practices.
  7. 5+ years of Workfront implementation experience in large-scale organizations.
  8. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion integration.
  9. Demonstrated experience in Workfront setup, workflows, and dashboard reporting.
  10. Adobe Workfront Developer Core & Fusion Certifications required.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  1. Experience with advanced reporting (text mode) in Workfront.
  2. Knowledge of business process workflows and change management strategies.
  3. Background in user adoption and training initiatives for Workfront.
  4. Experience managing system governance and user access levels.
  5. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
