Job Details
Job Description:
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Candidateagement, Email Alerts, and Marketing Cloud integration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, including REST APIs, outbound messaging, and third-party tool integration.
- Experience with Jira, Visual Studio, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Lead the technical design and architecture of the end-to-end solution based on the approved process map and business requirements.
- CollaboXX with Element's Product and Project Candidateagers to define sprint plans, phased launches, and integration stXXgies.
- Oversee the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Guide the integration of third-party systems (e.g., Qualtrics, Medallia) and ensure alignment with Salesforce architecture.
- Support UAT, deployment, and hypercare phases by providing technical oversight and issue resolution.
