Job Details
Sr Project Manager, ERP Implementation
A seasoned Project Manager, with over 8+ years of experience managing complex ERP implementations focused on Finance and Accounting transformation. The best candidate should be able to lead and oversee multiple projects, manage resources, teams, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Be an independent leader, bring a problem-solving mindset, and create strategic alignment with the rest of the organization.
- Project planning and execution: Create detailed project plan, timelines, and resource strategies to meet the project goals within budget while minimizing delivery risks
- Resource Management: Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.
- Communication: Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and updates to stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Work with the project team to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to the project in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, focused on ERP implementation
- Experience and expertise in Accounting and Finance processes
- Experience in Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM and other Oracle Solutions
- Experience with Project management tools such as Smart Sheet, Power Point, Excel, Visio, MS Project and others.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
