Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) Application Security Lead, located in Raritan, NJ.

The Application Security Lead will be a member of a high-performing Information Security team which is responsible for Application Security technologies and services. They will partner with other members of the global Application Security team to evaluate, design, implement and mature capabilities to secure Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) systems.

The Application Security Lead will partner with Johnson & Johnson and external vendor teams to ensure AI / ML security capability deployments are comprehensive in coverage, identify relevant risk, enable risk reduction, and block threats (when relevant).

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and maturing AI / ML security capabilities (e.g., Cranium, Wiz, etc.)
• Evaluate emerging AI security capabilities for GenAI, AI agents, etc.
• Ensure compliance requirements are met through all deployment activities
• Provide guidance and consultancy for dev teams
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses on AI models and pipelines
• Design defenses against adversarial attacks and data poisoning
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to embed security best practices into AI development lifecycle
• Ensure timely remediation of risk
• Generate and collect metrics proving the value of AI security capabilities
• Timely reporting of security incidents or significant security problems to appropriate personnel
• Connect with external vendors to ensure best in class implementation of AI security capabilities
• Act as the main point of contact for security issues for their area of influence
• Document security policies, procedures, and incident response plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Proven experience in AI/ML security, cybersecurity, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and pipelines.
• Knowledge of adversarial machine learning and security best practices.
• Familiarity with security tools and techniques such as intrusion detection, encryption, and vulnerability scanning.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$91,000 - $147,200

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
