Job Details
Serve as the strategic Product Owner across the Middle Office Allocation platform.
Use the firm's mission and product goals to align cross-functional teams, identify priorities, and drive coordinated execution across technology, operations, and front office stakeholders.
Create architecture diagrams and process flows as part of the Architecture Triage process, supporting system design and stakeholder understanding.
Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle, ensuring delivery quality and alignment with business expectations.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, epics, and user stories that directly support the mission.
Manage and refine the product backlog, facilitate sprint planning, and ensure progress aligns with stakeholder priorities and delivery timelines.
Act as a central point of accountability for testing strategy, architecture documentation, and business engagement.
Knowledge of Equities and options.
Experience translating a defined mission or product vision into actionable deliverables across multiple business functions.
Strong ability to create diagrams and documentation for architecture triage and process analysis.
Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing strategy and coordination across front-to-back systems.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement across technology, operations, and business leadership.
Preferably, knowledge of Fidessa CTAC. Matching services CTM, SSCENT, NYFIX, Candeal.
