Business System Analyst | Las Vegas, NV | Open for Fulltime/Permanent or Contract
What will you do?
- Must have experience in collecting requirements across multiple program areas that have varying business needs.
- Must have Experience gathering, documenting, and capturing design requirements.
- Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and collaborative work sessions with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Experience developing business process maps and performing fit gap analyses
- Experience solving complex problems and troubleshooting software systems.
- Ability to build relationships and develop rapport with customers.
- Ability to listen effectively and uncover information that may not be explicitly stated.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing about technical
- subjects to non-technical users in a way they can easily understand.
- Experience preparing and executing test plans, leading, and assisting team members in performing and completing test activities, and documenting/communicating testing results.
- Experience implementing and testing interfaces that exchange data with large, complex legacy systems.
- Experience in assisting with development of plans and work artifacts in support of the project management life cycle.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management software such as Atlassian.
- Skilled in the use Microsoft Office, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
What are we looking for?
- The Business System Analyst must have at least 5+ years of experience.
- Having of Financial domain knowledge with Credit Card domain is a plus.
