**JOB ROLE**

The Network DATA Routing & Switching Engineer will design and implement end-to-end network infrastructure.

**TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**

1. Gather and document business requirements.
2. Understand existing network standards and provide solutions based on the requirements.
3. Develop, design, and deploy network LAN, WAN, and DC products.
4. Coordinate with other product teams to ensure better integration across all platforms.
5. Adhere to enterprise governance and review processes to deliver project goals and deliverables.
6. Follow enterprise ITSM and CMDB processes.
7. Update standard documents, RA, HLD, and LLD for all network-related solutions.
8. Develop, monitor, and automate frameworks for all LAN, WAN, and DC products.
9. Respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner.
10. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices to proactively enhance the organization's network.
11. Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards and assist in audit processes as needed.
12. Ability to travel

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:**

- Proven experience in network routing and switching, with a strong understanding of fundamentals, multiple vendor technologies, and network design principles.

- Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- SME-level skills in LAN, WAN, and DC technology.

-Knowledge around Agile PM Methodology

- They would like someone who is more of a go getter, fixer, and has a problem solving mind set. They will be doing ad hoc solutioning onsite and being an extra set of eyes to remedy onsite issues. They need to understand the architecture aspect. The technologies to focus on are Cisco, Palo Alto and some Ruckus or Zscaler experience or exposure.
