Job Details
Role: Technology Operations Analyst 2
Contact: 12 months (possible extension)
Client Location: Tempe, AZ (Onsite)
Two possible schedules:
Sunday Tuesday / Every other Wednesday 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM Arizona Time
Or
Thursday Saturday / Every other Wednesday 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM Arizona Time
JD:
- Responsible for resolving and/or escalating technical issues quickly within defined SLA s using pre-defined steps outlined in runbooks.
- Experience with global enterprise predictable incident management, production support, and application monitoring using various tools such as Linux/Unix, DML for Oracle/SQL/Mongo, batch job schedulers (Autosys, Quartz, Windows Scheduler, etc.), Observability tools (BigPanda, Splunk, AppDynamics, etc.), and data tools (Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow).
- Meet SLAs, personal workload management, continuous process improvement, and metrics reporting requirements.
- Have strong troubleshooting skills and a mindset for process and workflow improvement.
- Ability to multitask and handle high variability in daily workflows while accurately documenting actions performed.
- Strong in person, over the phone, and written communication skills.
