Job Details

Job Title: Delivery Manager / Lead with Martech Experience
Location: Plainsboro, NJ (ONSITE W2 Only)

Duration: Long Term

Work Authorization: W2 Only

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end program and project execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Drive delivery excellence through structured governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects in the MarTech space, aligning with marketing, IT, and business goals.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional and distributed teams across geographies and time zones.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive stakeholders and C-level management.
  • Foster a culture of agility, accountability, and transparency within the team.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, including documentation, status reporting, and compliance requirements.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in project/program management, including recent work in Martech or Marketing Technology.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large programs and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Experience working with distributed global teams and matrix organizations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills including C-suite interactions.
  • Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of delivery metrics, governance frameworks, and stakeholder alignment.

 

Certifications (Required):

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
