Description

We are looking for a skilled Hardware Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in North Olmsted, Ohio. In this role, you will play a critical part in the deployment of switches, routers, and wireless access points across various locations, contributing to the success of a large-scale project. This position requires travel across Northeast Ohio, so reliable transportation is essential.

Responsibilities:

Install and configure switches and routers, alongside a team of technicians.

Install and configure 1000-1200 wireless access points across multiple locations within the assigned timeframe.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of installation tasks.

Maintain detailed project plans and timelines to track progress and meet deadlines.

Prepare accurate technical documentation and reports for completed installations.

Conduct thorough analyses to identify and resolve any hardware-related issues during deployment.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

Present findings and project updates in a clear and precise manner.

Travel to various sites across Northeast Ohio to oversee installation activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in hardware installation and setup, particularly wireless access points.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage detailed project plans.
Familiarity with creating technical documentation and maintaining accurate records.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities to interact with teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Reliable transportation for travel to multiple locations.
Detail-oriented mindset to ensure quality and accuracy in all tasks.
