Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Workforce Software Job Scheduling Lead with 10+ years of expertise to oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of job scheduling solutions within Workforce Software. This role requires a deep understanding of job scheduling processes, system configuration and integrations, and operational alignment to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, optimize workflows, and support ongoing system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and configuration of Workforce Software job scheduling modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable scheduling solutions.
Optimize scheduling workflows to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with labor policies.
Provide technical expertise in configuring rules, call-outs, shift assignments, ESS, and job workflows.
Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system integrity.
Deliver training and create detailed documentation for end-users and system administrators.
Monitor and maintain the scheduling system post-implementation to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience implementing Workforce Management systems, with significant hands-on expertise in Workforce Software job scheduler.
Strong understanding of job scheduling, labor compliance, and operational best practices.
Proven track record of leading successful Workforce Software implementations.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Industry experience in manufacturing is a plus.
